Digitally Scene by D
Digital photography is the greatest! When I was young I longed to take stunning pictures, and began around the age of twelve with a Kodak camera. However film and developing was expensive, I was new at the shutter, and wanted to take things beyond the scope of the camera; panoramics, super close ups, and I had darkroom envy reading books about people who developed their own. Now I have Photoshop. Only Elements 10, but life is good.

Winter in Alberta
I poked my head out to get a picture of it and was pleased to see the neighbour's deck chairs provide a pleasing contrast to all the grey and whiteness about.

That Golden Hour
We were driving out into the country last night, slightly late for a supper invitation, against the setting sun. The photo ops were incredible and we had no time for more than a couple quick shots. My daughter captured the sun in the sky and mirrored on the hood of the vehicle, and I only had time to capture the little grasses, each lit up and alight with the glow of the setting sun.
