If you look really closely you can see the deer along the bush. I was driving home down a back road, slowly, to soak up the harvest scene and the golden late afternoon sunshine when I spotted them. I need a zoom lens on my phone!

I picked berries today at a friend's farm. I liked their gate. The raspberries were pretty good too.

The humidity is very high. I find it curious that the grassy things collect drops but the begonias and ivy are quite dry.

Rain on Succulent Flower

There was a thunderstorm early this morning. It blew by before the sunrise and we now have a glorious summer day.
 I am sometimes amazed at the quality of picture one can obtain with just sn android phone. My Canon rebel couldn't focus this well closeup.  I think I would have to have a macro lens, not just the setting on the dial.

Morning sunshine at this time of year is so very welcome.

I love pictures like this, where part of the room is in total shadow by comparison to the brilliance of the light. I took this with my phone, and am impressed with the way it turned out. My phone and I are just getting to understand eachother.
