I have been working with Elements 10 for some time now, and recently acquired 11. It has a different feel, very easy to get used to, I thought. For example, instead of a little drop down menu to choose which marquee you want, all the options open in a box under the picture you are working on. In layers, the trash can is up instead of down. The picture bin closes up on its own and has to be reopened every time you need it. But all the icons are there, and they do the same things. So if you have a different version, get used to it, and enjoy all the things it will do for you.

I wanted to do a book about our big, bad, cranky, beautiful apple head Siamese, but then I thought I would do two at once; pictures of the handsome critter, and explanations to help me remember how to use Elements to its potential.  So if anyone learning Photoshop can use an idea here, that is excellent.
And enjoy our "kitten". Not everyone shares our love for him, but hey, c'est la vie, no?
